1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jeetbuxz ("the Company", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the jeetbuxz website, mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, and any other products made available on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports, or promotional offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotional rule, the specific rule shall take precedence only in respect of that specific game or offer; in all other matters, these Terms shall apply.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using jeetbuxz and, if you hold a registered account, request its closure by contacting our customer support team via live chat at support@jeetbuxz.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version and shall govern in the event of any ambiguity. jeetbuxz may make translations available for informational purposes, but no translation shall create binding obligations that differ from the English text.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

jeetbuxz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of jeetbuxz following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on jeetbuxz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age ("of legal age").
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jeetbuxz or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jeetbuxz or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners — or an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Age Verification

jeetbuxz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, without prior notice. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification document. During the period of any pending age verification review, jeetbuxz may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functions on the account. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in the verification request, the account will be closed and any balance held may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Underage Play

If it is determined at any point that a player has accessed jeetbuxz while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited without exception. jeetbuxz encourages parents and guardians to make use of internet filtering tools and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on jeetbuxz, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

3.1 Account Information

You are required to provide the following information during registration: a valid email address or mobile phone number; a chosen username (which may not impersonate another person or contain offensive language); a secure password; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; your date of birth; and your preferred payment method details for withdrawal purposes.

You must keep your account information current. If any of your registered details change — including your phone number, email address, or payment account — you must update them promptly by contacting customer support at support@jeetbuxz. jeetbuxz accepts no responsibility for losses arising from outdated account information.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jeetbuxz. This rule applies per individual person regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. Opening a second account — whether in your own name, under an alias, or via a shared payment account — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in both accounts being suspended. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeetbuxz strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication, which is available in account security settings. All transactions, bets, and activities carried out using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jeetbuxz immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetbuxz operates a Know Your Customer programme in order to verify the identity of players, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification may be requested before your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time at the Company's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account linked to your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jeetbuxz processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, and BRAC Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jeetbuxz, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetbuxz wallet automatically upon confirmation from the respective payment provider, which typically occurs within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 business hours to reflect.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts (accounts owned by another person) will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• jeetbuxz does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier section of the platform.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee if a withdrawal is requested immediately after deposit without any gameplay activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• jeetbuxz reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• If any active bonus is attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, jeetbuxz reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly, regardless of the time elapsed since the erroneous transaction. You must notify us promptly at support@jeetbuxz if you believe an error has occurred in your account. You must not knowingly use funds credited to your account as a result of an obvious error — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, crash games, color prediction games, and any other wagering products offered on jeetbuxz are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any product-specific rules published in the relevant game or sports section of the platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sports markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other domestic and international competitions), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered from time to time — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Key general rules include:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification with a unique bet ID. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is received.
• jeetbuxz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; jeetbuxz reserves the right to void bets placed after an in-play event has concluded if a delay in the live feed caused the discrepancy.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules which are published in the sports section of the platform.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are published in the cashier and betting sections of the platform.

5.2 Casino and Instant Games

All casino games available on jeetbuxz — including live dealer tables, slots, color prediction games, and crash games such as Aviator — use certified random number generators (RNG) or genuine live-dealer mechanics, as applicable. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and is accessible within the game's information panel. jeetbuxz does not modify or interfere with game RNG outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface before the round begins.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or crash game, the round will be settled based on the result recorded by the game server, not the result visible on the player's screen at the time of disconnection.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your jeetbuxz wallet immediately upon round settlement.
• jeetbuxz is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a player's failure to read and understand the rules of a specific game before wagering.

5.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, jeetbuxz reserves the right to void any game round or bet affected by the malfunction and refund the wager amount to the player's wallet. The Company's decision in respect of malfunctions is final. Players who believe a malfunction has occurred must report it to customer support within 24 hours of the affected round.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jeetbuxz offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section and to any additional terms specified in the individual promotional offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is available. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms and conditions.

• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 20% of each wager). The contribution table is published alongside each bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering before real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds are held as bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• jeetbuxz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, employing low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeetbuxz uses automated monitoring tools to detect irregular bonus wagering patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account(s) without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbuxz. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to misrepresent your location or identity.

7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on the basis of inside knowledge of fixed sporting outcomes.
• Communicating with other players for the purpose of coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of the sporting outcome ("arbitrage collusion").

7.3 Automated and Exploitative Behaviour

• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Systematically scraping odds data or game results from jeetbuxz for commercial purposes.

7.4 Money Laundering

jeetbuxz has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering. Using jeetbuxz to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money is a serious criminal offence. jeetbuxz cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected money laundering activity and will freeze and report any account suspected of being used for this purpose.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jeetbuxz account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing support@jeetbuxz. Please note that account closure requests made while a self-exclusion review is in progress may be treated as a responsible gaming self-exclusion rather than a standard closure, which carries different re-entry conditions. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

8.2 Closure by jeetbuxz

jeetbuxz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (with advance notice where required).
• Breach of responsible gaming restrictions, including playing while subject to an active self-exclusion order.

Where an account is closed by jeetbuxz due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeetbuxz will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity provisions. An administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold has been reached and after the player has been notified. The fee will not cause the account balance to drop below zero.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming settings in their account, or by contacting our support team directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked from all wagering activities and jeetbuxz will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player. 8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, or any other aspect of the jeetbuxz service, the player must contact customer support in the first instance. jeetbuxz will review all disputes in good faith and communicate a decision within a reasonable timeframe. The Company's decision on bet settlement and game outcome disputes, where the decision is based on server-side records, is final. For billing disputes, players may escalate to their payment provider following jeetbuxz's internal review process.
